How to reach us

The quickest way to get an answer is to phone. If you are at work, or it is easier to show us than describe it, send a photograph on WhatsApp — we can usually tell from a picture whether it is a tile, a flashing or something that needs a proper look.

The form at the bottom of this page comes straight through to us. We read everything that arrives and come back to all of it.

What happens next

  • We call or message you back to fix a time.
  • We come and look at the roof, from the ground or off a ladder as needed.
  • You get a written price covering what we found and what we would do.
  • Nothing starts until you say so.

Recent jobs have also taken us to Sale, Prestbury, Liverpool and Blackpool — you can see those on our projects pages.

Before you get in touch

Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come and look, tell you what we have found and put a price in writing. There is no charge for that and no obligation to go ahead.
Can I send a photo instead of you coming out?
Often, yes. WhatsApp us a photo of what the roof is doing and we can usually tell you whether it is a small repair or something bigger before anyone comes out.
How far do you travel?
Our usual patch runs from Macclesfield out through Knutsford, Northwich, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and Crewe, and we work into Greater Manchester and Merseyside as well. Ask us — if it is too far we will say so.
What if water is coming in right now?
Call 07377 461095 rather than filling in the form. A leak in bad weather usually needs making safe first and repairing properly once it is dry enough to work.

Send us an enquiry

Fill this in and it comes straight through to us. If it is urgent, please phone instead.

We use your details to reply to this enquiry and nothing else.
